Enter your current weight and height under Your Profile.

Set a weight loss goal- make it realistic 1/2-1 pound a week, or even "maintain".

Each week, at about the same day and time, weigh yourself.

Enter your weight on the Toolbar to the left (see box toward the bottom of page) For each weight you enter, a point will appear on the graph. The graph can show different time periods (1 month-12 months) depending upon your needs. Select your preferred time period from the drop down menu under the graph.
