Track your activity: Type in the number of steps or the activity you do each day under "Count Steps" and/or "Count Activities" on the left side of this page. The "View Activity" link shows your daily activity over a 60 day period.
Watch your progress: As you log your activity, you will see yourself travel along the Challenge route (10,000 steps per day for 12 weeks will get you around the entire route).
Join a Team: Help your community or worksite complete the Challenge route before other teams!
Map your routes: Use the Route Information box on the map below to customize your walking, running, biking routes. Each time you walk, jog or ski this route, click on it to automatically add its number of steps to your activity for the day. See "Help" for details.
