Trek for Health is a free service of Southwestern Vermont Health Care. Use it to record your personal physical activity by step count and various other types of daily activity and see your progress.

Individuals can register (see "Not Registered") and use the "Activity Tracker" to record your walking (steps) and other forms of activity daily at anytime during the year.

This site also offers Team Challenges that individuals join.  The Trek 6-week Challenge registration closed on April 1.  Check back for future challenges.

A pedometer is not necessary to participate. See "Activity Tracker" tab at top for details. See menu bar descriptions below for other features.

Before starting any new physical activity program, or increase your current activity level, you need to speak with your doctor.
