The My Health Matters! program provides you with resources to continue your journey toward a healthy lifestyle. Get to know your resources better by participating in this Individual activity/scavenger hunt challenge.

What will you be hunting for?
As you log in your steps and activities, you will receive milestone messages instructing you to search the My Health Matters! and Steps to Success websites for 11 words.
Put the first letter of the 11 words together to solve a wellness puzzle.
Collect all 11 milestones, solve the puzzle and email the solution to mhm@hr.sbcounty.gov to be entered into a drawing for:
• Four $100 reward cards*
• Four $25 reward cards*

If you would like to be part of this race, click on the Join Challenge button in the upper right hand corner. You may join the challenge today, however, only the steps/activities recorded on or after March 15, 2010 will count toward this race.
Watch for the map pop-ups along the route to learn about healthy grains and how important they are for a well-balanced diet. |
Note: The purpose of this challenge is to promote healthy physical activity. Please consult with your physician if you are unsure of a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate in this challenge.
*Must be an employee of the County of San Bernardino and subscribed to a County-sponsored Health plan to be eligible for the monthly drawing. Eligible individuals will be required to join the Activity challenge and complete it before the applicable end date. Participants will only be eligible to win one (1) $100 Reward Card during this segment of the Campaign which ends July 30, 2010. |
