Challenge Prize Distribution

As an incentive for individuals and teams to participate in virtual Provincial Physical Activity Challenges, we distribute prizes to those who actively participate. Below is the process for selecting winners and distribution of prizes:

Individual Challenges: For all individual challenges we place all of the individuals names in a draw for a prize only who are actively participating in the challenge. 
 
Team Challenges: For all team challenges, Recreation NL will place all of the teams who are actively participating into a draw for a prize. Please note that Recreation NL will only give a maximum of 5 prizes per team. Therefore when creating teams, it would be ideal to have a limit of 5 people per team to ensure that every member of the team will receive a prize if your team wins ior you can do a draw yourself to see which 5 teammates get to keep the prize. 
 
Once Recreation NL has picked the name for the prizes they will forward an email to all users of the site to acknowledge which team or individual has won the prize for that particular challenge. Recreation NL does not give away a prize to the team or individual who actually comes first in the challenge, as we want to make sure that every person who is staying active by using this website has an equal opportunity to win a prize.
