The Manitoba Marathon is proud to present our new walking program: Steps! This is an independent program that allows you to log in to our website and enter the number of steps you take each day. With this online step tracker, you can see how the number of steps taken daily can add up to a healthier lifestyle. This is a fabulous tool to see how you measure up to "10,000 steps a day for optimal health". The great thing is, every step counts! Just wear your pedometer everyday and night, and then log your steps in your own account! It's fun and easy!
