Welcome to Kingston Gets Active's NEW Activity Tracker.

Thank-you for clicking on this new fun, easy-to-use interactive website. Take a look around and then register your name and password.  You will be asked to read the privacy, copyright and check off that you have read it.

Fill in your Profile, all of this is private and confidential. You will then be able to fill in the number of steps that you took in a day. Or put in the time (minutes) that you were active swimming, kayaking, walking to the library etc. The program will automatically convert this time into steps, according to the activity. This way ALL of you efforts to be active during the day will be tracked.

Aim for at least 10, 000 steps a day. Keep an eye on www.kingstongetsactive.ca, for more ideas of where to be active and what opportunities are available.

This Activity Tracker is for people of all ages and fitness level.

Look at being active in your own neighbourhood. Map out your personal route.

Watch for pop-up motivators and team challenges.

Optional: Sign-up for a Queen's University School of Kinesiology and Health Studies Research Project. See motivating pop-up messages and be eligible for prizes. Extra internet help will be available.
