Have you taken a walk recently? Let the tracker add up your steps and distance for you! Got a favorite route around the neighborhood? Now you'll know just how far you are going!
Use the "+" and "-" signs to relocate the map to your neighborhood or walking/biking area. Then click the up/down or left/right arrows to get to the exact spot. Map out any route or even your 'usual' path and then save it for a quick update to your tracker. The map will automatically calculate the distance and total steps for you!
If you save the route, you don't have to re-do the map each time - just click on the appropriate "My Routes" link in the lower right corner (the link will appear when you have a saved route) and then click 'add steps.' Use this feature for routes you take regularly -- you can have as many as you want. Or, use the map for one time adds anytime you have done some walking - anywhere!
